Instructions: Mint Chutney is super easy to make: add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. We have recently started using a nutri bullet which works effortlessly. However any blender will work. Mint chutney freezes very well also. It's not uncommon for us here at Basushomestyle HQ to make a large batch of mint chutney and portion vacuum sealed bags and toss them in the freezer when we need them. However if you are anything like us, you will have this available in your fridge all the time. Enjoy!
